Alma was a child at Johanna's orphanage. She had a doll named Miss Sparkles that was stolen and found by Young Dregg in the first case of Song & Silence (Part 1). She makes a brief appearance in Song & Silence (Part 2) when she asks Dregg to help prevent Roweena Korshman from taking the land the orphanage is on. She was presumably adopted after the events of the chapter.
