The intro begins with a rehash of the last few scenes of the previous game, and then Dregg waking up and obliviously remarking on the heat. He then realizes that he is dead and in Hell when a skeleton asks him where to find a torture room.

• Ironically, this episode takes place after "Dregg Me To Hell". However, here Dregg is ACTUALLY dragged to Hell.
