Dr. Oopsy is a minor character in AntiVillain. He is currently a new and highly useful part of the medicinal sector of the Raven Organization.
Dr. Oopsy was one of the competitors for a job in the Raven Organization. He was defeated (though not killed) by Rory Dedrick. However, as Pulse mentions in Welcome to Chaos City, he was hired anyways because of his immense and innovative (if ethically questionable) medical expertise.
He is often accompanied by the Daisy Nurses who fight alongside him in the battle which occurs in the final part of the Prologue in WtCC.

As Rory is by himself, Dr. Oopsy and the Daisy Nurses actually pose half a threat. The player should stick to using either Dual Strike or Roulette in order to keep their damage up, though they may have to resort to Skull Smash. Rage attacks should be avoided as any debuff can have dire consequences due to Rory soloing the fight.
